Because items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
