SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party production partners, including Printful. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

SHIPPING

All items are produced after your order is placed. This means we do not hold inventory and each item is individually made.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment, though this may vary depending on order volume and product type.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production partners, weather, customs, or any other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

If further assistance is needed, you may contact us, and we will help investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Requests made after the 7-day claim window

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

All orders are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners, including Printful. Because of this, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by fulfillment partners or shipping carriers once production has begun or the order has shipped.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly and quickly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future orders.
